There is one bedroom with a 130x190 bed and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed (160x200). The apartment features a bathroom with private toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Renovated in July 2025, it offers reversible air conditioning, fan, TV, high-speed fiber internet with Wi-Fi for video calls, a washing machine, and step-free elevator access. Please note: Bed linens and towels are available as an option, for an extra fee. Enjoy a private covered terrace overlooking the park and a glimpse of the marina. You also have access to a shared garden, communal tennis court, and a children’s playground. Street parking throughout the Marina is free with a blue disk, which must be updated regularly. A private, secure covered parking space is available for an extra fee, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited indoors, parties are not permitted, and the accommodation is not suitable for babies. Quiet is required after 10 p.m., including on the terrace and in outdoor areas, in accordance with residence rules. The train station, marina, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Between Nice and Antibes, this seaside resort offers water activities such as boat rental, jet skiing, and tubing. Nice Airport is a 10-minute drive away. A leisure park with a children’s adventure course is accessible by car. The Marina has a 24/7 reception and security, with a spa and wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools opening soon.
