Renovated in July 2025, it offers reversible air conditioning, a fan, TV, high-speed fiber internet with Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, and step-free elevator access. Please note: Bed linen and towels are available as an option for an extra fee. Enjoy a private covered terrace overlooking the residence’s park and a partial view of the marina. You also have access to a shared garden, a communal tennis court, and a children’s playground with swings. Free street parking is available throughout the Marina with a blue disc, which must be updated regularly in the morning and afternoon. Private, secure covered parking is available for an extra fee, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors is prohibited, parties are not permitted, and the property is not suitable for babies. Quiet is required after 10 p.m., including on the terrace and in outdoor areas, as per residence rules. The train station, marina, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Between Nice and Antibes, this seaside resort offers water activities such as boat rental, jet-skiing, water skiing, and tubing. Nice Airport is a 10-minute drive away.
