Renovated in July 2025, it offers reversible air conditioning, a fan, TV, high-speed fiber internet with Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, and step-free elevator access. Please note: Bed linen and towels are available as an option for an extra fee. Enjoy a private covered terrace overlooking the residence’s park and a partial view of the marina. You also have access to a shared garden, a communal tennis court, and a children’s playground with swings. Free street parking is available throughout the Marina with a blue disc, which must be updated regularly in the morning and afternoon.
